IVF Program
I am one of the 9.3 million "baby challenged" women in the US and being emotionally stressed from the inability to conceive, the huge out of pocket cost for In vitro fertilization has only made it worse. We had three options:
- Get a loan for the IVF costs (get deeper in debt).
- Give up on having a child. Or...
- Search for alternative in vitro options.
We are fighters and achievers – we were determined to find a better way. We were looking for IVF alternatives to our fertility situation. Not only were we disappointed with our IVF doctor here in Atlanta, GA; the cost of In vitro treatment was another major "red light". When we started our research on IVF, we were amazed. People of all ages and conditions are traveling the world to get quality IVF treatment for MUCH less than in the US.
We focused on Mag's home country – The Czech Republic. To our surprise we found that there are several private IVF clinics treating foreign patients for IVF and Donor Egg IVF for less. Already, we began to feel like we had options with In vitro - already we were closer to achieving our dream.
We are thrilled to share with you that we came up with a program to make getting pregnant with IVF, in only 14 days, and egg donor IVF in just 7 days an affordable, pleasant and fun experience.
How does shopping, sightseeing, spa treatments, massages, history and quality time alone, or with your close friends/family sound?
We believe that the decision to start a family with IVF should not be made more stressful by insurance companies dictating what we can and cannot do when it comes to fertility or IVF treatment. As a result, my husband and I have decided to form this IVF website to help other couples and to offer alternatives of IVF for less than in the US.
We hope you find this alternative IVF website helpful, educational and together we can make our dreams come true.
Best Wishes,
Mag & Jeremy
IVF Treatment Program in the Czech Republic
Our IVF Treatment Program is an affordable and pleasant experience. Our IVF treatment and vacation package is a 14-day itinerary, and our egg donor IVF treatment and vacation package is a 7-day itinerary. In addition to world class medical care, you share a relaxing vacation that includes sightseeing and spa treatments, and an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful, historic cities of the Czech Republic and other near by countries.
Passport & Health Insurance Card
You will need a valid United States passport to enter the Czech Republic and then re-enter the US. US citizens do not need a visa for a stay up to 90 days. Permanent residents (green card holders) with passports from other countries should visit Czech Embassy's website and verify if they need a visa to enter the country. We can assist you in obtaining the necessary visa to enter the Czech Republic.
The latest Czech legislation also mandates that all foreigners entering the country must have proof of health insurance (For more details, visit the website for the Czech Embassy in Washington, D.C.). A current health insurance card may be sufficient. If you do not have health insurance in the US, you can obtain a coverage card from a travel site where you purchase your airfare. We have found a great insurance covering more than just medical but also lost baggage, cancelled flights, damages to others and more. You will get all the details in our travel guide.
Air Travel
To help lower the total cost of your IVF treatment, we suggest traveling via these airports:
| Brno (BRQ) | 15 minutes from the clinic |
| Prague (PRG) | 3 hours from Brno |
| Vienna (VIE) | 2 hours from Brno |
If possible, we recommend couples to fly directly to Brno, as it is the most comfortable way to fly. We pick you up at the airport and guide you to your accommodation in Brno where you can relax and prepare yourself for your IVF treatment and vacation.
Travelling to Europe is seasonal therefore airfare varies. The cost of airfare from New York has been as low as: $599 in the off season - November to April, and $799 in the high season - May to October. More info on airfare in our extensive travel guide.
